The Company
Roofs Roofs and Remodel, Inc. was established by Phil Koch back in 2013. He started with a C-39 Roofing license and soon earned his Class-B General Contractor's license. Though our bread-and-butter is still residential roofing, we've expanded our offerings to include home remodeling and commercial projects. There's no project too small for us to tackle, and our team offers superb customer support every step of the way.
Phil Koch, Owner
Phil is the heart and soul of our business. He got his start over twenty years ago in metal roofing and specialty applications, but has since become a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of construction. He enjoys working with homeowners and loves bringing his top-notch skill set to the jobsite.
When our fearless leader isn't meeting with clients or on top of a roof, you'll find him st̶u̶c̶k̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶a̶n̶d̶t̶r̶a̶p̶ on a golf course, traveling through the mountains, or spending time with his wife, Chelsea, and their four kids.
Chelsea McVeigh, Operations and Sales
Chelsea helps keep things flowing smoothly around here. Her background is in engineering and design at the manufacturer level. She has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, which makes her a valuable asset to the company.
When she's not in the office or out in the field, Chelsea spends her time wrangling the kids, building her culinary garden, or taking creative writing workshops.
Abraham Yepez, Project Manager and Sales
Abraham joins us from Texas and has been in the roofing industry for almost twenty-four years. He got his start in commercial roofing, but is well-versed in all roofing applications. He's great at diagnosing issues that require repair and is our go-to consultant in the carpentry division, especially for home remodeling projects.
When he's not meeting with homeowners or managing a project, Abraham enjoys camping, off-roading, and going on fun explorations with his wife and three kids.
WHO'S THAT DOGGIE IN THE LOGO?
That's handsome Jack! He became our mascot when Phil started the company back in 2013. Unfortunately, Jack has gone to the great fire hydrant in the sky. He lived to be 149 years old, er, in dog years. We miss him terribly, but his memory lives on in our logo. He's up there right now, roof roof roofing. Get it? Like a dog barking 'roof roof.'

Roofs Roofs and Remodel, Inc. wouldn't be the amazing company that it is without our spectacular crew. We hit the lottery when we found our team, many of whom have been with us since the beginning. This well-oiled machine is comprised of great chemistry and an excellent work ethic amongst our roofers and carpenters. We all take pride in the various skills each of us brings to the table, and it shows in our high-quality performance and customer satisfaction in each roofing or remodeling project.
